Our pies and pie pastry are made from scratch using fresh fruit (in season), fresh frozen fruits and other fresh ingredients. They are 9" in size. The pastry is made using lard, but vegetable shortening can be requested. Fancier pastry tops and crumble tops can also be substituted, just use the modification button to create your perfect pie! Gluten free options are not available. Please note: Sometimes pies will "boil out", breaking open the pastry a bit, darkening edges, covering letters, designs, braids, etc. This occurs during the baking process and cannot be helped. No discounts or refunds will be given for the less "pretty" pies. Fruit Pies are either $16 or $18 each.
